At Urban ReWorx, beyond our properties, we’re deeply committed to the well-being and development of our community. We engage with nonprofits, advocates, and community-based agencies to create positive change and support improvements throughout the city of Tampa.

We actively engage with neighborhood associations and local charities to support outreach initiatives and community improvements.
We support the East Tampa Community Redevelopment Area and are active members of the V.M. Ybor and Ybor Heights Neighborhood Associations.
We work closely with The Portico, a downtown missional church dedicated to providing a safe space for individuals and groups to explore spirituality, engage in social justice, and foster community connection.
Our partnership with Love INC of Metro Tampa allows us to support its mission of transforming lives and communities by mobilizing local churches to address community needs.
Through these collaborations, we strive to make a meaningful impact on the lives of Tampa residents, fostering a sense of unity and shared purpose. At Urban ReWorx, we believe that by working together with local organizations, governments and community leaders, we can create a brighter future for Tampa Bay and the world. Nebraska Avenue Business Association
Beyond the physical work of rehabilitating local homes and striving to develop high quality housing that’s affordable to both renter and taxpayers, Urban ReWorx is bringing together local businesses, civic associations, and stakeholders to help revitalize the Nebraska Avenue corridor. We’re launching the Nebraska Avenue Business Association (N.A.B.A), to better advocate for our community on a municipal and state level.
